Terms And Conditions Of Use

OLA LMS, operated by the Logistics Sector Skills Unit (LSSU) under the Oman Logistics Association (OLA), provides logistics training programs, certifications, workshops, and support services. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our platform, including enrollment in training programs, participation in workshops, and accessing support services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OLA LMS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

National Occupational Standards

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration, enrollment, or when submitting support tickets.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading harmful content or engaging in unlawful activities.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements to access our training programs.
  • Enrollment in training programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
  • Payments for training programs must be made through our secure third-party payment processors.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which allows refunds within 30 days if eligibility criteria are met.
  • You agree to comply with program-specific guidelines, including attendance and assessment requirements.
  • All content on OLA LMS, including training materials, workshop resources, and website design, is the intellectual property of OLA LMS or its partners (e.g., MOHERI, SQU). You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without prior written consent.

    OLA LMS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues related to training program outcomes, technical disruptions, or third-party services. We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee it.

    We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with the "Last Updated" date.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Muscat, Oman.
